I make this point only because you might believe certain others can be integral to bringing about a result you need but there are limits to what they can or are perhaps even obliged to do. Thats why onus is on you to take control of what you might have allowed others to control. If they need to be shown how something is done and done properly, then youre very well placed to show them!
