2024/11/08 When we know something has to change, we sometimes prefer to throw ourselves into bringing about the change in the belief that, if it we take drastic action, then well end up dealing with a worst case scenario. A small or very gradual change isnt seen as helpful enough. A big, dramatic change seems to encourage us to believe our efforts or discomfort will be worthwhile. Its a small, almost insignificant change that needs to be pursued gradually now. Take it slowly.
