2024/05/08 If youve been working hard and not getting enough rest, you could be more susceptible to infections. There seems to be a direct connection between overdoing it and not being able to fend off colds. Dont attempt to do too much right now. Its time to take a real break at a time when there are no major challenges to deal with.
