2024/08/01 You do not want to end up in one of your darker moods as the day progresses. Why dont you first of all get some realistic perspective on what is actually happening? It isnt as if anything much has gone wrong, but more that your fears have taken you into areas that are not entirely the truth. You really need to start looking at some positives rather than the negatives.
