2024/09/08 Try to take stock of what you agree to, especially if it becomes clear your list of duties and obligations to others is increasing in ways you were oblivious to. You dont want to let anyone down or feel youre burning a bridge by saying the word no. But increasing your workload to the point where youre starting to struggle doesnt help anyone. Wherever possible, take a rain check and leave the door open for future discussion. Someone will appreciate your honesty.
