2024/09/04 We are told and often tell others to let certain comments or situations bounce off of us. We sometimes struggle to not take something to heart, even when we know we should be putting on a brave face and not allowing ourselves to be fazed by whatever-it-is. You have an excellent opportunity to see for yourself how able you are to not take something personally. At any other time, you probably would have but now you could surprise yourself with your deflective abilities!
