This card depicts a man, beaten and bandaged, leaning on his wand. He has been involved in battle, and is taking a rest before he has to fight again. And even in his state, he will stand again when the time comes, which he knows it will. His eyes show that he is watching for the next battle. He will be strong in the face of opposition. Injury does not deter him from his chosen objective. He has wands behind him, building a barricade between himself and his enemies. Key words include battle, strength and determination of will, victory, and the idea that one is still fighting.
